A taxi
driver pinned down a man who tried to flee without paying his fare
of $18.
The passenger tried
to run away when the taxi stopped at a traffic light junction of
Woodlands Avenue 4 and 7 at about 12.40pm on Mar
18.
The cabby, Mr Chan,
gave chase and caught the man, who was later arrested by the
police.
The man had boarded
the taxi in Jurong. His identity is still unknown.
