Comfort and ambience is something SBS Transit should really take a good look at for their new buses. Even though there are the modern low floor wheelchair accessible buses, the fleet’s interior, ambience/sound and seat covers comfort pales in comparison to SMRT Buses new fleet.
No bus is a poor/bad bus~ TBH, it really lies on how skillful
the driver is. I've rode on SMB1338E 962, and was kinda shocked
that this driver, happens to be a China driver, was able to drive
smoothly~ He did chiong along the way, but when he's
stopping, there isn't any sudden brake feeling 
There's also a few other drivers whom I've encountered, they do drive smoothly. So far, my BEST experience was on his ride(more than 2 times alr). Somehow or rather, I felt that the bus training wasn't good enough for most of the driver, and that they usually tend to switch between models. I suspect this resulted them to understand lesser on the model he/she's driving.
