Selling any phone! (Recontracting my plan)

Eitherway, I’m about to recontract my singtel plan and i’m planning to sell the phone that would be acquired through the recontract. As such, the deal would be as follows,

We will meet at a specific singtel hello shop that is convenient for both of us, and i will recontract on the spot, where you will pay the required amount under the singtel iflexi lite plan for the phone you intend to purchase to the retailer, and an additional sum to me in cash.
