The constructor starts their renovation very early in the morning in my neighboring unit (before 7). The family were waken up and could not go bace to sleep after that. I have talked to the constructor politely a few times, but not really helpful. Doesn't the permit only allow them to start at 9?
This has gone on for couple of weeks already and is driving me crazy. I cannot take it any more. Any idea what I can do? Thanks.
